Driven by our mission at EasyPark Group – to make cities more livable through our global mobility platform – we're seeking a proactive and influential Senior People Business Partner to become a trusted advisor to our global GTM, Product, and Marketing functions.
In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in driving impactful people initiatives that directly fuel our ambitious business growth and contribute to a high-performing, customer-centric culture. Your strategic insights and ability to navigate a global landscape will be key as you shape and execute people strategies aligned with the unique objectives of the global GTM, Product, and Marketing functions.
You'll be empowered to make a real difference in talent management, organizational development, and fostering a culture that embodies EasyPark’s values on a global scale. Your exceptional communication skills will be crucial as you engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels across the globe, demonstrating cultural intelligence and building strong, effective working relationships in our dynamic international setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnering: Advise GTM, Product, and Marketing leaders on people-related strategies that support their business goals. Manage performance and compensation fairly and consistently. Handle complex employee relations issues and promote our values and inclusive culture.
Talent & Development: Identify talent needs and plan for future leaders. Create and implement development programs to build skills. Coach senior leaders and managers.
Data & Insights: Use data to guide people strategies and measure the impact of our initiatives. Track key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Performance & Engagement: Help implement global performance management. Work on initiatives to boost employee engagement and well-being within these teams.
Global Guidance: Provide expert advice on employment laws, global mobility, and compliance. Ensure consistent people practices globally, while respecting local needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Significant experience as a Senior People Business Partner, with demonstrable experience directly supporting go-to-market, product, and Marketing or similar teams in a global company.
Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate business strategy into effective people plans for GTM, Product, and Marketing.
Proven ability to build credible relationships and effectively advise senior leaders
Excellent communication and influencing skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Any European language is a plus.
A genuine passion for developing talent and fostering a positive and high-achieving workplace culture within fast-paced environments.
Experience managing HR /People matters in diverse legal and cultural environments, particularly those relevant to international sales and product deployment.
