First Line Support Agent

Now, EasyPark and Flowbird have come together – combining strengths to better serve cities, partners, and users. As part of this exciting integration, we're looking for a First Line Support Agent to join our Flowbird office in Kista, supporting our B2B customers across Sweden.
This is a 6-month contract with a strong possibility of turning into a permanent position.
About the Role
Are you a technically-minded individual with a passion for helping customers? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving? If so, this is your opportunity to play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our hardware-based parking solutions.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for B2B customers using our parking infrastructure (excluding app-related inquiries). Your focus will be on providing technical support for our hardware, primarily parking terminals, and the backend systems that power them.
What You’ll Do
Provide first-line technical support via phone and email to B2B customers.
Troubleshoot issues related to parking terminals and backend systems.
Document and manage customer inquiries in our case management system.
Collaborate with second-line support when necessary while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Handle various administrative tasks related to support operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both end-users and service technicians.
Participate in field service activities early in your onboarding to gain a deep understanding of our operations and customer needs.
Who You Are
Experience in technical IT support (broadband, hardware, or similar areas) is beneficial – junior profiles are welcome!
A strong problem solver with excellent communication skills.
Fluent in both Swedish and English.
A proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Able to handle a high volume of cases with professionalism and efficiency.
Bonus points for:
A Class B driver’s license.
Experience with HTML, XML, or other programming languages.
Proficiency in additional Nordic languages (e.g., Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish).
