The Role

We are currently looking for an IT Business Partner (Finance) to join our team based in Stockholm to become a true bridge between the business and IT, driving innovation, improving efficiency, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization.

As an IT Business Partner at Easypark you will be responible for:

• Strategic Alignment and Partnership

  • Business Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and assigned business units, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to develop and execute IT strategies that align with overall business objectives.

  • Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable technical specifications.

  • Business Case Development: Lead the development of robust business cases to justify IT investments and prioritize initiatives.

• Project Delivery and Execution

  • Project Management: Oversee IT projects from initiation to closure, control timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design, implement, and maintain technology solutions that address business needs and drive value.

  • Change Management: Effectively manage change initiatives, minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption of new technologies.

• Continuous Improvement and Collaboration

  • Fostering a Culture of Collaboration: Promote a collaborative work environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing between IT and business teams.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Adaptability: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to anticipate future business needs and proactively propose innovative solutions.

• Effective Communication

• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring messages to their specific needs and understanding.

• Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, key performance indicators, and potential risks.

About you

• Strong understanding of business operations and IT capabilities

• Previous Finance and ERP knowledge / experience (Netsuite)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to audit multiple projects and priorities simultaneously (not a project manager)

• Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

• Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs

• Manufacturing and supply chain knowledge would be beneficial
