HRIS Manager

The Role
As a HRIS Manager you will be a true functional reference for the Workday project thanks to their expertise. Your main role will be to finalize the deployment of a major Workday project internationally, in the 22 countries where EasyPark is present. You will be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of the HCM (Human Capital Management) and Absence Management modules.
In addition, you will be responsible for deploying the Talent Management module in preparation for the talent assessment campaign. The position we offer presents both a human and technical challenge in order to successfully build and lead the HRIS strategy within all EasyPark Group subsidiaries. This opportunity will allow you to play a key role in an agile and dynamic team at the interface of finance and human resources, with contacts around the world.
While this role will be based out of Poland, frequent international travel is to be expected (Besançon - France, Poole - UK, USA).
What will you do?
1. Project Management:
- Develop and follow a detailed project plan for the international deployment of Workday, taking into account deadlines, resources and constraints.
- Coordinate the different phases of the project, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, user training and effective deployment.
- Closely monitor project progress, identify potential delays or obstacles and put in place appropriate corrective measures.
- Ensure clear and regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment throughout the project.
2. Relationship Management with our integration and maintenance partner HR Path:
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with our partner in close collaboration with consultants to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and objectives.
- Resolve any problems and conflicts effectively and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
3. Continuous Improvement:
- Regularly evaluate Workday system processes and functionality to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collect user feedback and analyze data to identify areas requiring adjustments or optimizations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to propose functional and technical improvements, taking into account industry best practices.
- Implement approved improvements and follow up to assess their impact and effectiveness.
4. Reporting:
- Develop and implement customized reports and dashboards to meet the organization's HR reporting needs.
- Extract and analyze data from the Workday system to generate relevant reports on workforce, performance, compensation, training, etc.
- Provide data-driven analysis and insights to help HR managers and decision-makers make informed decisions.
- Ensure the regularity and accuracy of reports by establishing a reporting schedule and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
5. Additional Daily Activities:
- Provide functional support to users by answering their questions, resolving problems and guiding them in the use of the Workday system.
- Ensure the management of user authorizations and roles in the system.
- Monitor system performance, proactively identify problems and work with technical teams to resolve them quickly.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation of system processes, configurations and customizations.
About you
- Solid experience in deploying and managing HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
- In-depth knowledge of HCM, Absence Management and Talent Management modules.
- Excellent communication skills to work with multicultural teams and stakeholders internationally.
- Ability to analyze needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Technical skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate the different phases of deployment.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Organized and rigorous in handling data, you also have good interpersonal skills and you are pedagogical to support users on the tool.
- You have a B2 level of English.
- You have a good ability to analyze data and you are able to translate them into action plans.
- You have the ambition to evolve to a position of HRIS Team Manager.
- A good knowledge of payroll, time management and talent is a plus.
- Finally, your strengths are tenacity, confidentiality, organization, transverse management and your ability to optimize and challenge the status quo.
