HR IT System Owner

The Role
You will be responsible for the management and continuous improvement of the Workday HCM (Human Capital Management), Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence Management modules across the organisation..
You will also be supporting the deployment of a new consolidated HR system internationally, across the 22 countries where EasyPark and Flowbird are present.
This role will be based in Poland and occasional travel to our office in Łódź will be required.
Overview:
The HR IT System Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining Workday system performance, ensuring service level agreement (SLA) adherence and making improvements when needed.
What will you do?
1.System Maintenance & Daily Activities
Provide functional support to users around the globe (FR, UK, SW, US…) by answering their questions, resolving problems and guiding them in the use of the Workday system.
Ensure the management of user authorizations and roles in the system.
Monitor system performance, proactively identify problems to resolve them quickly (with support of technical teams if needed).
Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation of system processes, configurations and customizations.
2. Continuous Improvement
Collect user feedback and analyze data to identify areas requiring adjustments or optimizations.
Regularly evaluate Workday system processes and functionality to identify opportunities for improvement.
Implement approved improvements and follow up to assess their impact and effectiveness.
3. Workday deployment programme
Provide Workday technical expertise to support the roll-out of a consolidated system across EasyPark, Flowbird and other acquired entities.
Attend workshops and regular team meetings as required by the programme.
Focus on system configuration and testing
Post go live, will drive release management and upgrades.
4. Reporting
Develop and implement customized reports and dashboards to meet the organization's HR reporting needs.
Extract and analyze data from the Workday system to generate relevant reports on workforce, performance, compensation, training, etc.
Provide data-driven analysis and insights to help HR managers and decision-makers make informed decisions.
About you
Solid experience in managing HRIS systems - Workday experience is essential.
In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management and Talent Management modules; Workday France payroll knowledge is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills to work with multicultural teams and stakeholders internationally.
Ability to analyze needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Technical skills with hands approach
Ability to collaborate effectively with other Technical/ IS teams and partner with the People & Culture team
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively within a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
Organized and rigorous in handling data, you also have good interpersonal skills and you are able to train and coach end users on the tool.
Strong change management and adoption skills
You have a B2 level of English; French language skills are also preferable.
You have a good ability to analyze data and are able to translate requirements into action plans.
Finally, your strengths are tenacity, confidentiality, organization, transverse management and your ability to optimize and challenge the status quo.
Experience of working within scaling organisations and/or post-merger & acquisition environments will be an advantage.
