We’re looking for a Product Manager to to play a critical role in leading one of the most important teams at EasyPark group + Flowbird, the Operator Finance team, which is at the heart of financial operations. With millions of transactions processed daily, you will be responsible for ensuring that all transactions are correctly reported on and that funds are invoiced or remitted accurately, timely, and in compliance with internal and external standards towards our partners. If you have a passion for fintech, love solving complex financial workflows, and want to make a direct impact on how cities function, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and drive the Operator Finance product strategy, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant transaction handling for our partners.

• Lead a cross-functional product team to solve real financial and operational problems at scale.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, finance, and stakeholders to align roadmaps and deliver exceptional value.

• Support month-end closing processes, transaction reconciliation, financial reporting, and audits.

• Use data to evaluate success, iterate fast, and deliver MVPs and MLPs.

• Act as the Product Owner in agile teams—building products that are valuable, usable, feasible, and viable.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years in product management, ideally in fintech, payments, or high-transaction environments.

• A solid grasp of financial operations and accounting principles—compliance knowledge is a big plus.

• Analytical mindset, process-oriented, and highly organized.

• Excellent communicator who can translate complexity into clarity.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international setting.

• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
