Senior Product Designer - Permits

As a Senior Product Designer in the Permits team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience across our Off-street and Reservations products. You'll work cross-functionally with product managers, Product design is essential in reaching our goals. Our design team at EasyPark, currently consisting of 27 members, also aspires to broaden EasyPark's offerings into new markets. This presents significant potential to improve user experience and contribute to substantial business impact.
The broader Product and Technology organization includes a genuinely diverse and distributed team of over 450 talented specialists in product, engineering, design, and analytics, located across Stockholm, Amsterdam, Basingstoke, Tallinn, Atlanta, and many more.
The Role – what you’ll be doing
You will play a key role in shaping the customer experience across our Off-street and Reservations products. You'll work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, researchers, and other stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, high-quality design solutions.
This role spans both the Back Office (primarily B2B/private operators) and the Self-Service Portal (serving B2C and B2G users), making it a dynamic and customer-facing position. While the primary stakeholders are in the B2B space, you’ll also design experiences that meet the needs of individuals and government partners—requiring you to adapt to different market contexts and user expectations.
The mission of the Permits team is to create a frictionless, intuitive experience across our digital touchpoints. In this role, you’ll be expected to advocate for design thinking and a user-centric approach, helping to instill and mature design practices across the team. You'll take on the challenge of identifying and solving usability issues across a wide variety of user types and use cases, improving user flows and end-to-end journeys to ensure clarity, consistency, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently lead end-to-end initiatives throughout the design process.
- Define patterns and design requirements for our Permits system portal.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, managing expectations and communications.
- Identify opportunities and define success metrics for your deliveries.
- Contribute to design systems and local libraries in collaboration with the Design System team.
- Advocate for design and user-centric perspectives in daily work.
- Ensure we’re shipping top-quality, impactful solutions that successfully balance business and user needs.
- Identify and solve usability issues across diverse user groups while improving end-to-end journeys for clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
- Advocate and practice Accessibility best practices in your daily work.
- Balance exploration of new directions in user experience with incremental improvements.
- Proactively define and lead research projects together with our UX research team, utilizing data, insights, and user research to drive daily activities, and collaborate as necessary.
- Represent design and user perspectives in high-level discussions with key stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
- A solid background with over 6 years in Digital Product Design.
- Proven experience in collaborating within cross-functional teams to ship impactful products.
- Worked with B2B/SaaS setting designing for web
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Leadership skills in guiding design decisions within your team.
- Demonstrated success in product-focused, outcome-driven, and high-quality shipped products.
- Proficient in Figma with strong design craft skills; expert at using various design tools for prototyping and animations.
- Capability to integrate UX research, UX writing, motion design, and design systems seamlessly at key stages in the design process.
- We expect you to share an outstanding portfolio, giving a sense of your track record of shipping excellent products.
Location: This role is a remote role based in Poland.
