Now, we are looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our relationships with customers and drive our growth in Denmark.
Your Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, working closely with municipalities and private parking operators to implement EasyPark's cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Identify potential customers, create tailored proposals, and negotiate agreements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and providing professional consultation.
- Solution Implementation: Assist in deploying EasyPark's services, including training customer personnel.
- Data & CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account plans to maximize value for both customers and EasyPark.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports and market analyses.
What We Expect From You
- A few years of experience in account management.
- Strong sales and consulting background, preferably in SaaS or hardware solutions.
- Experience working with public sector clients, particularly municipalities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems as part of the sales process.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- A goal-oriented, analytical, and proactive mindset.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Fluent in Danish and English at a professional level.
