O vlogi:
Kot naš B2B vodja prodaje v Sloveniji boste odgovorni za celoten prodajni cikel – od prepoznavanja in kvalificiranja potencialnih strank do sklepanja poslov in vzdrževanja odnosov s strankami. Boste prodajni pionir, ki bo vzpostavil blagovno znamko EasyPark in zgradil močno bazo strank. Ta vloga ponuja veliko avtonomije in priložnost, da neposredno vplivate na naš uspeh v Sloveniji. V kasnejši fazi, ko dokažemo potencial trga, bo vaša naloga zaposlovanje, širitev in vodenje ekipe ambicioznih prodajnih strokovnjakov.
Delo poteka v hibridni obliki, z delom iz naše pisarne v Ljubljani in možnostjo dela na daljavo.
Odgovornosti:
- Proaktivna prodaja, pogajanja in predstavitev EasyPark B2B rešitev za pridobivanje novih strank.
- Upravljanje manjšega portfelja obstoječih strank s poudarkom na nadgradnji storitev, dodatni prodaji in podpori strankam.
- Gradnja močnih odnosov s strankami in potencialnimi strankami, spodbujanje prodaje ter povečanje prepoznavnosti blagovne znamke.
- Razvoj in izvajanje ciljno usmerjene prodajne strategije z doslednim doseganjem prodajnih in aktivnosti KPI-jev.
- Skrb za natančno upravljanje podatkov v našem CRM sistemu.
- Upravljanje komercialnih vidikov prodajnih poslov in zagotavljanje uspešnih rezultatov.
Kaj iščemo:
- Dokazana uspešnost v prodaji SaaS ali upravljanju voznih parkov (vsaj 1-2 leti).
- Močna želja po preseganju ciljev in doseganju rezultatov.
- Vodstvene izkušnje ali izpostavljenost vodstvenim vlogam.
- Odlične komunikacijske, predstavitvene in pogajalske spretnosti.
- Proaktiven, k rešitvam usmerjen način razmišljanja s strastjo za prodajo.
Neobvezne zahteve:
- Zaželeno je, da imate vsaj 1-2 leti izkušenj na področju svetovalne prodaje, še posebej na področju kompleksnih storitev (npr. SaaS), ter dokazano sposobnost grajenja močnih odnosov s komercialnimi strankami.
- Izkušnje in dobro poznavanje oblačnih storitev (Office 365, Google Workspace).
- Izkušnje kot tehnična podpora in z upravljanjem projektov (npr. s pomočjo orodij, kot je Jira).
- Močna poslovna intuicija in sposobnost konceptualnega razmišljanja.
- Tekoče znanje slovenskega in angleškega jezika (italijanščina je prednost).
- Vozniško dovoljenje kategorije B in lasten prevoz.

This is a unique opportunity to establish our presence from the ground up, drive sales, and play a key role in our growth in this exciting new market. About the role:
As our B2B Sales Manager in Slovenia, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from identifying and qualifying potential customers to closing deals and maintaining customer relationships. You will be a sales pioneer, establishing the EasyPark brand and building a strong customer base. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to directly influence our success in Slovenia. In the later stages, once we demonstrate the market’s potential, your role will include hiring, expanding, and leading a team of ambitious sales professionals.
The position is hybrid, combining office work in Ljubljana with the option to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively selling, negotiating, and presenting EasyPark B2B solutions to acquire new customers.
- Managing a small portfolio of existing customers with a focus on service upgrades, upselling, and customer support.
- Building strong relationships with customers and prospects, driving sales, and increasing brand awareness.
- Developing and executing a targeted sales strategy, consistently achieving sales and activity KPIs.
- Ensuring accurate data management in our CRM system.
- Managing the commercial aspects of sales deals and securing successful outcomes.
What we are looking for:
- Proven success in SaaS sales or fleet management (at least 1-2 years).
- Strong desire to exceed targets and achieve results.
- Leadership experience or exposure to leadership roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
Preferred qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in consultative sales, particularly in complex services (e.g., SaaS), with a proven ability to build strong relationships with business clients.
- Experience and strong knowledge of cloud services (Office 365, Google Workspace).
- Experience in technical support and project management (e.g., using tools like Jira).
- Strong business intuition and conceptual thinking skills.
- Fluency in Slovenian and English (Italian is a plus).
- A category B driver’s license and own transportation.
