Vloga
Kot vodja prodaje B2B boste igrali ključno podjetniško vlogo pri ustvarjanju pravih poslovnih pogojev za nadaljnji razvoj naše baze B2B strank v Sloveniji. To boste dosegli s strateškim usmerjanjem digitalizacije na trgu skozi uspešne posle, gradnjo in razvojem ekipe notranjih prodajnih predstavnikov B2B.
Vaš glavni cilj je vplivati na slovenski B2B trg z našim SaaS izdelkom, graditi bazo strank in optimizirati neto rast ter skupni B2B prihodek. Če ste ambiciozni, usmerjeni k rezultatom in navdušeni nad ustvarjanjem močne prodajne kulture, bi se radi povezali z vami!

Vaše ozadje:
Imate podjetniško miselnost, strast do spodbujanja rasti in raziskovanja novih priložnosti.
Imate dokazano sled v direktni in/ali indirektni prodaji, po možnosti v B2B kontekstu.
Imate izkušnje v vodenju ljudi, z močno sposobnostjo razvoja in usposabljanja svoje ekipe.
Imate miselnost, usmerjeno k rezultatom, osredotočeno na doseganje ciljev in izboljšanje prodajne uspešnosti.
Imate analitične sposobnosti in metodologijo, usmerjeno v podatkovno analizo, za informirane poslovne odločitve.
Imate pristop, osredotočen na kakovost, zagotavljanje visokih standardov v prodajnih procesih in interakcijah s strankami.
Ste naravno sodelovalni, z odličnimi medosebnimi veščinami, imate dobre spretnosti upravljanja deležnikov in delujete z vljudnostjo.
Imate izkušnje v multinacionalnem okolju, delo z ljudmi iz več držav in različnih kulturnih ozadij.
Tekoče govorite slovensko in angleško.

Odgovornost za postavljanje proračuna in ciljev B2B za državo.
Zagon iskanja in upravljanja B2B računov za največje stranke v Sloveniji, dokler ekipa ni vzpostavljena.
Ustanovitev nove ekipe notranjih prodajnih predstavnikov B2B s pomočjo rekrutiranja, uvajanja in usposabljanja.
Gradnja močne prodajne kulture, ki se ujema z vrednotami EasyPark-a: Radovednost, Igrivost, Osredotočenost.
Maksimizacija naše neto rasti v številkah in prihodku z izvajanjem učinkovitih prodajnih strategij in pobud ter izpolnjevanjem določenih KPI-jev.
Zagotavljanje uporabe našega sistema CRM, prodajnega procesa in metodologije za povečanje učinkovitosti.
Tesno sodelovanje z veliko mednarodno ekipo.

Are you ready to take the lead in establishing and expanding our B2B presence in the Slovenian market? EasyPark Group is recruiting for a B2B Sales Manager and this role offers a great opportunity to continue to build the success of EasyPark in Slovenia!
The Role
As a B2B Sales Manager, you will play a key entrepreneurial role in creating the right business conditions to further develop our B2B customer base in Slovenia. You`ll do this from strategically driving digitalization forward within the market through successful deals to building and developing a team of B2B Inside Sales Representatives.
Your primary goal is to drive impact in the Slovenian B2B market with our SaaS product, building a customer base and optimizing net growth and total B2B revenue. If you're ambitious, results-driven, and enthusiastic about creating a strong sales culture, we'd love to connect with you!
This role will be based in Ljubljana.
Your background:
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving growth and exploring new opportunities.
You have a proven track record in direct and/or indirect sales, preferably within a B2B context.
You have people leadership experience, with a strong ability to develop and coach your team.
You have a results oriented mindset, focused on achieving targets and driving sales performance.
You have analytical capability and a data-driven methodology to make informed business decisions.
You have a quality-driven approach, ensuring high standards in sales processes and customer interactions.
You are naturally collaborative as a person, with great interpersonal skills, have good stakeholder management skills and act with humility.
You have experience in a multinational environment, working with people from multiple countries and multiple cultural backgrounds.
You speak Slovenian and English fluently.
You will contribute and make an impact in many ways:
B2B Budget and target setting responsibility for the Country.
Start B2B Account prospecting & management for the largest Accounts in Slovenia until a team is in place.
Establish a new team of B2B inside Sales Representatives through recruitment, onboarding, and coaching.
Build a strong sales culture that aligns with EasyPark's values: Be Curious, Play together, Inch by Inch.
Maximize our net growth in numbers and revenue by implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives and delivering on established KPIs.
Ensure the usage of our CRM system, sales process, and methodology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with the international sales team of European sales managers and other EasyPark functions.
