The role
Are you ready to shape the future of city living? As our Revenue Operations Manager, you'll spearhead pre-sales and post-sales revenue operations for our European B2B business. Dive into the dynamic world of European markets, collaborating across departments such as marketing, sales, support, product, and finance. From devising strategies to hands-on execution, you'll drive sales productivity across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Enablement: Empower our sales teams with winning strategies, tailored content, and essential resources.
- Sales Tracking and Analysis: Harness the power of data to track performance, build insightful dashboards, and drive strategic decisions at the senior leadership level.
- Sales Compensation & Planning: Lead the charge in quarterly and annual sales planning, crafting strategic initiatives and incentive designs.
Do you have what it takes to thrive in our fast-paced environment?
Experience: 5 to 7 years in Sales Operations, Business Strategy, or Consulting, with a track record of success in complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Industry Know-How: Proficiency in B2B SaaS and enterprise software start-ups, coupled with expertise in sales incentive design and compensation methodology.
Analytical Skills: Excel in BI reporting (preferably Looker) and possess a strong grasp of data-driven sales and systems thinking.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with sales tech stacks, including CRM, sequencing and dialer tools
