Product Specialist

With no end in sight, we are looking for a Product specialist to manage our range of Point of Sales material (POS) - signage in and around parking areas being the most important recruitment channel of new users as well as the physical front door to our digital business. We aim to grow our revenue more than 25% YoY and enter new markets where you will be a crucial team member to help us succeed. We have a high focus on propelling our POS machinery to new heights and are dedicated to a data-driven approach and a culture of continuous experimentation.
The Role
In this role, you will be part of the POS team, along with a project manager and system administrator, reporting into the head of POS. The POS team drives the vision and strategy of our POS material globally. This includes testing, developing, managing and rolling-out our POS material in close collaboration with the Insights, Creative, Martech, Sales and Distribution teams to increase our market exposure and drive consumer acquisition.
You’ll be a key component in driving our strategy by managing our POS material from creation to deployment in close collaboration with key stakeholders across the sales organization.
You will be the go-to person and champion in all matters related to POS content and testing globally, in aim to continuously explore how efficiently our POS material converts new users.
As such, you will work collaboratively with the whole organization to create and launch our amazing services! As one team we will move EasyPark Group to new heights.
Your contribution & impact
Actively contribute to achieving a well-oiled machinery for accelerated testing, content production and deployment, cooperating closely with the Insights, Creative and Distribution teams to drive conversion at Point of Sale.
Continue to evolve and improve our POS material roadmap to drive growth in line with the business strategy.
Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure efficient production of stimuli material, translation of copy, legal checks and implementation of winning designs.
Collaborate with Insights to ensure a strong test & research roadmap, including A/B testing of signage, in aim to optimize messaging and designs for superior results.
Use Data Analytics as a sounding board for A/B testing and support in analyzing results and formulating recommendations.
Deep-dive into the user journey and how drivers interact with our POS material, making sure that our exposure drives optimal conversion.
Conduct competitor analysis and test our performance to ensure we remain ahead of the game.
Stay up-to-date with new trends, tools and tactics within POS marketing and independently learn best practices.
Work closely with our regional Marketing Managers and Country Directors to understand the business context and requirements, and build their growth successfully.
Collaborate on the creation and continuous update of sell-in material, including best practices and recommendations to maximize our exposure in the field.
Facilitate and share learnings across markets and channels to support the effective roll-out of our POS material.
Collaborate closely with your peers to build efficiencies in the deployment of new designs and the ordering of POS material.
Think local with the aim to tailor content for each context, while striving to scale processes, solutions and test results when possible.
Your background
For this position, we are in search of a data-driven and curious marketer with both a drive for results and a strong analytical backbone.
We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:
5+ years marketing or product management experience in a multi channel environment
5+ years of cross-country experience
A proven track record of driving growth in the physical and digital space, working successfully with testing and experimentation
The ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment
A good knowledge and experience from working with relevant KPI and measurements. A drive for results, a love for data and an ability to derive actionable conclusions from large data sets
A “be curious” mentality, a data-obsessed approach, with the ability to get things done while playing together as a team.
Operating in a very hands-on manner, understanding that the team is on a growth journey, while at the same time supporting to drive our POS vision and strategy.
Strong in stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Business level English, both written and spoken
