Our ambition is to make cities more livable and improve the urban experience using technology to digitalize the entire parking ecosystem: mobile paid parking, electric vehicle charging stations, smart garages, in-car parking automation software and more. Our innovative tools help not only the everyday driver but also garage owners, city planners and even policymakers. We are a tech company making cities more efficient by digitalizing all aspects of the parking experience.

At EasyPark we have a dedicated Talent Acquisition team who works in close partnership with our hiring leaders to identify potential lack of diversity in teams before starting recruitment efforts. We adapt sourcing strategy based on that insight.
We also encourage a diverse interview panel to meet with the candidates during our recruitment process. This to ensure we have representation from different genders, backgrounds and identities to bring in different perspectives into the hiring decision, but also to give the candidate a fair representation of who we are.
When it comes to inclusion and belonging we run regular employee engagement surveys to understand how people thrive in their teams, in our culture and with the leadership. Each team will later have a follow-up workshop to learn and improve and take relevant actions.
