EasyPark is the leading smart parking app. We are as passionate about parking as we are about technology. We want to innovate parking for everyone – drivers, businesses, property owners and cities – and our vision is to make cities more livable.

Simply put, we help our corporate customer manage their parking expenses with ease.
It saves time for them to not have to do manual reporting into their company.
Whether the customers are self-employed, have a small business or are part of a larger enterprise, we have packages for them to choose from, or tailor a custom offer to suit them and their employees best.

We have a pool of various proven lead sources that we contact every day. Our job is to make sure that we are build a strong pipe and offer each prospect the right product for their corporate needs.
We both call and email our prospects and customers every day and mix this with virtual meetings when it’s suitable. On average you will handle around 80 call attempts per day.

We work 40 h/week and we work with flexible hours. We have early birds in our team that like to start at 7am and leave earlier and we have the nights owls. Either way we like to start together at 9am the latest.

We are fast growing and introducing new roles and smarter tools to make the teams work easier, more fun and more efficient.
Because of the people and our structure, we are working at a fast pace. But we do avoid the stressful environment, and really appreciate that you also take your time to celebrate you success and haver fun along the way.

While we speak mostly German with our clients, the language of EasyPark is English as we collaborate cross countries with our other teams.

All sales roles consist of a fixed and variable pay. The target is value (€) and index based: every eurocent you sell for will have an impact on the overall performance and pay.
All roles have an uncapped bonus structure which means that the more you sell, the more you get. Our team loves it.

For the account executive role, there are 3 levels of growth. Furthermore we have the role as Corporate Sales Representative where you focus on only large enterprises.
Alternatively, EasyPark being a global company with more than 1000 employees in 20 countries, there are unlimited opportunities to grow within the company.

We work with a lot of companies from e.g. pharma, electricians, care or beverages and food companies, so there is not the one profile we can define. What we do can tell you is that it never gets boring.
As an account executive you focus on small to medium sized companies since they have quick decision lines.
One of our key focus going forward is working more and more with bigger fleet sizes like our Corporate Sales Representative who already focus on large enterprises.
