Corporate Governance & IR Manager

As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a forward-thinking, analytically sharp, and business-savvy Corporate Governance & IR Manager to join our Finance team in Stockholm. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of finance, strategy, and governance — ideal for someone who excels in financial modelling, understands the capital markets, and is confident in communicating with senior stakeholders and potential investors.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Corporate Governance

• Support board and committee preparation, including material development and governance processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards in collaboration with Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
• Help develop and scale the governance framework as the organization evolves.

Financial Modelling & Strategic Investment Analysis

• Lead complex financial modelling and valuation for organic initiatives, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate capital-intensive growth initiatives and develop robust business cases.
• Support investment committee financial modelling and discussions with clear, data-driven recommendations and insights.

Investor Relations

• Own and evolve our investor reporting and communications strategy, ensuring alignment with business performance and strategic direction.
• Manage investor reports, presentations, and responses to inquiries from stakeholders and capital markets.

Corporate Development

• Identify and assess strategic partnership and divestiture opportunities aligned with EasyPark’s long-term goals.
• Provide strategic input on transaction rationale, valuation, and synergy capture.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–12+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate development, investor relations, or strategic finance.
• Expert-level financial modelling and valuation skills with strong business acumen.
• Deep understanding of investor relations, corporate development and governance best practices.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to senior leadership and external investors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus).
