EasyPark Group is looking for an energetic and hands-on Sustainability Manager to join our Communications & Sustainability Team. The Role

As Sustainability Manager at EasyPark Group, you will take on a role with significant responsibility in which you will be the driving force behind our sustainability strategy. This is a new role within the Group and we’re just at the start of building our sustainability program - making this a unique opportunity where your contributions will have a direct impact on the company’s growth and direction.

You’ll work closely with our Global Head of Communications & Sustainability, setting the strategic direction, implementing a climate transition plan, safeguarding human rights in our value chain and driving tangible emissions reduction efforts across all scopes. You will ensure every day brings new and impactful change and you’ll be a key influencer both internally and externally - from operational tasks to presenting strategic initiatives to our Executive Leadership Team.

This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden, but you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the globe, ensuring that sustainability becomes an integral part of our culture and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement EasyPark Group’s sustainability strategy and roadmap and ensure its successful execution, driving the company toward aligned environmental goals.

• Lead greenhouse gas emission reduction initiatives and champion environmental improvements across the organization.

• Partner with our ESG Reporting Manager to ensure accurate and impactful sustainability reporting and audits.

• Serve as the subject matter expert, providing training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders at all levels and representing EasyPark Group to investors, suppliers, customers and the media.

• Lead initiatives to ensure the organization fully understands and engages in our sustainability objectives.

Key qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in sustainability including consulting or corporate roles, preferably within international organizations.

• A degree in business, engineering, communications, or a related field, with a focus on climate or environmental studies preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish is a plus.

• Proven track record of managing projects and driving change management initiatives.

• Proficient in carbon accounting and the GHG protocol, sustainability reporting standards, and a broad understanding of ESG.

• A record of influencing senior executive opinion, advising and shaping approaches to managing commercial issues.
