B2B CRM Growth Marketer

EasyPark is currently looking for a driven B2B CRM Growth Marketer to be part of an exciting growth journey in digitizing an industry and disrupting consumer behavior. This role will be based at our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, where you will be part of our international marketing team.

The EasyPark App, which lets drivers find parking and manage their parking and Electric Vehicle charging payment, is the flagship product currently available in 20 European countries and Australia – and with a big ambition to grow our international footprint even further! 

 

Your contribution to the mission

The B2B CRM Growth Marketer role will be central in supporting the expansion of our business to business offering, driven from our own user base. In this role you will work with the group marketing managers to drive and execute growth marketing initiatives to improve retention, customer on-boarding, feature adoption, among other activities across all our markets.

We are looking for a passionate and creative marketer who is not afraid of getting their hands dirty, experiment and analyze the resulting data to gain a deep understanding of our customer base and drive growth. You would be working hands-on as part of a focused multi-disciplinary growth team, with close collaboration to segment teams and the wider matrix organization.

 

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Design and execute global digital marketing growth activities
  • Campaign analytics and reporting
  • Feature activation for additional services provided by EasyPark
  • Collaboration with the marketing, web and segment teams, to improve acquisition, user on-boarding, engagement and retention.
  • Set-up and optimization of engagement programs, user and account retention campaigns
  • Gathering and analyzing customer insights and coordinating consumer research to enable product design or marketing initiatives
  • Any other growth driven marketing activities through our available owned communication channels (web, push notification, in-app, Email, SMS)


About you:

  • Proactive and willing to take a hands-on approach to improve operational effectiveness
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment
  • Good interpersonal skills are central to this role as you will work as a vital link between the local markets and the group marketing function as well as cross-functionally
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to marketing
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable with new technologies and with agile methodologies

 

 Requirements:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in CRM and A/B testing and optimization.
  • Proven track record of successful CRM and growth marketing initiatives
  • Previous hands-on experience of customer engagement tools, such as Braze. Experience with CRM systems such as SugarCRM is a plus
  • Previous experience of marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Previous experience in a B2B context is a significant plus
  • Able to travel for work, approx once a quarter 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 

 

Language requirements:

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken communication
  • Additional languages from our existing markets are a bonus: Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian or German
