Partnership Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a marketing/sales professional with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business development or business administration, min of 3 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing (online and offline) and preferably previous experience in partnership management.

EasyPark is currently looking for a driven Partnership Specialist to be part of an exciting growth journey in digitalizing an industry and disrupting consumer behaviour. This role will be based in Milan or Rome, where you will be working with our local Italian team but also alongside our international marketing team based at our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

How do you fit into the picture?

Partnership Specialist role will be central in establishing a new partnership network through lead generation, negotiations talks and successful marketing campaigns execution. In this role you will work with the group partnership manager and the Italian distribution/marketing team to boost acquisition in 2020. Aside from partnership network launch, you will drive marketing initiatives on Partners’ channels (offline and online) to assure relevant and seamless customer on-boarding first, but also feature adoption and retention.

Partnership Specialist main responsibilities:

  • Kick-off EasyPark's Partnership Network Program in Italy
  • Manage the complete rational level new business development cycle from researching & prospecting through negotiation & closing
  • Focus on strategic and scalable partnerships which will bring profitable user base growth
  • Investigate and manage inbound requests from potential new partners and develop criteria to gauge viability, testing and scaling of these leads
  • Build and execute acquisition campaigns on Partners Channels (online and offline)
  • Monitor and analyze performance to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Create seasonal promotions and communications through Partnership Network
  • Go to market support for new cities or parking operators through partnership network

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business development or business administration
  • Min of 3 years’ experience in marketing and/or sales position
  • Previous experience in offline and online marketing campaigns
  • Previous experience in partnership-management preferred
  • Able to travel for work (up to 30%)


Language requirements:

  • Italian mother tongue
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken communication (it will be tested during the first interview)
