Account Manager/Area Sales Manager Triveneto

In this role you will work as sa salesperson and account manager engaging with multiple customers in Italy and at the same time work closely with EasyPark’s global team located in Sweden, Italy and multiple other countries. We are looking for a professional with at least 3-4 years of experience in business-to-business sales, who will meet customers on a daily basis, bring home new customers and boost business with existing ones. What you will do

As Account Manager/Areas Sales Manager in EasyPark you are called a Smart Parking Manager (SPM), a role in which you will be responsible for progress and results with partners, mainly consisting of cities and private parking operators in the area of Triveneto comprising the regions of Veneto, Trentino Alto-Adige and Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Being able to cooperate at executive level is essential since a great part of the communication with the partners will be directly with CEOs of city-owned mobility companies and “Assessori” from Italian municipalities.

The SPM role is broad, mixing sales and business skills with the ability to establish new partnerships as well as developing and maintaining existing ones. The role covers everything from analysis, initial customer prospect contact, pre-sales, making agreements, and entails training the partner’s staff through the implementation. The whole way you will lead and guide the partners towards full digitalisation of their parking activities.


  • At least 3 years work experience in sales to business (B2B sales) 
  • Previous work experience with public administrations or within city mobility/parking operators 
  • Knowledge of a sales/CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Sugar) as well as basic office systems (e.g., word, excel, powerpoint, email)
  • Willingness to travel 60-80% of the time

Language requirements

  • Italian mother tongue or C2
  • English level B2 is mandatory, it will be tested during the first interview

Other important qualifications (the more you have - the better!)

  • 2+ years account management experience or consulting experience
  • Work experience with Italian municipalities (comuni)
  • Knowledge/ work experience of the mobility, parking industry
  • Experience in IT (software, hardware, systems integration)

  • Ability to manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal making and implementation
  • Ability to prioritize, optimize and balance time and resource
