Customer Care Representative - French speaking

The Role
We are now looking for you who always puts the customer first and has a feeling for providing an exceptional Customer Experience.
As a Customer Care Champion you will be part of our French Customer Care team in Amsterdam. You will have a close collaboration with our customers and our colleagues working from France, Belgium and The Netherlands as well as many other functions within the EasyPark Group. This requires that you are comfortable creating new relationships and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
You will contribute & make an impact through:
- Answer incoming customer calls as well as emails from French and English speaking customers as in our Team we cover French, Belgian and Switzerland market
- Register new customers
- Answering questions about invoices, claims and other types of questions
- Guide the customer in the functionality of the mobile app and our website
- Help our B2B customers by guiding them or creating accounts
- Other administration

Your background
We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:
- Native in French speech and writing
- Fluent in English in speech and writing
- Previous experience in customer service
- Experience working within a tech organization would be beneficial
