The Role:
We are looking for an Account Manager Off Street to join our Swiss team. You will play a pivotal role in growing our presence by acquiring new customers (car park operators) and building long-term partnerships. Working closely with the Managing Director and the European EasyPark team, you will drive the digitalisation of parking management in Switzerland.
- Acquire and develop partnerships with car park operators and businesses.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to implementation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, guiding partners through the digitalisation journey.
- Conduct training sessions for partner staff to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to adapt the EasyPark solution effectively.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A solid business understanding from key account management or similar roles (minimum 3 years).
- Proven experience selling complex services, such as SaaS, managing the entire sales process.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and their role in sales processes.
- Experience working with larger companies and public clients (advantageous but not essential).
- Fluency in Swiss German and English (French is a plus).
Location:
This role is based in Switzerland, preferably in the Zurich region.
