Interim Head of Global Brand & Creative (12 Months)

If so, you might be the perfect fit to lead our inhouse Brand and Creative team as our Head of Global Brand and Creative.
As the Head of Global Brand and Creative at EasyPark Group, you will be a pivotal member of our marketing leadership team; driving the brand vision, strategic initiatives and visual identity. You will lead and mentor a talented creative team consisting of Creative Director, Art Director, Copywriter, Digital Design Lead, Production Lead and Designer, ensuring that our brand is expressed consistently and powerfully across all touchpoints.
The Role
In your role as Head of Global Brand and Creative, you will steer the development and execution of strategic brand initiatives; including brand strategy, positioning, architecture, naming and visual identity across all customer segments (B2C, B2B and Industry). You’ll lead and manage an inhouse team in creating meaningful and impactful content that amplifies our brands across all channels: app, digital media channels, web, social media, CRM and of course the most important offline channel of signage. Signage is one of the most important ways that we attract new users to our business and create growth in the business.
With your experience, you have a clear understanding of how creativity should align with business objectives, striking the right balance between innovation, speed in delivery, level of automation and building the brand/s. Apart from this, you will also continuously develop and refine the brand portfolio of consumer-facing brands (MPP), ensuring a cohesive brand architecture and ID that resonates with our audience across diverse markets and touchpoints.
You'll be a part of the Global Marketing Leadership team at EasyPark group and thus will be a key player in helping to shape how marketing as a function helps to achieve EasyPark Group’s growth goals.
You will contribute & make an impact through:
Be the global steward for the EasyPark Group brand and all of the sub brands in our portfolio.
Manage our brand portfolio by clearly defining the role of the various sub brands.
Be the champion, cheerleader and advocate for the brand within and outside the company to ensure that the brand is a key differentiator for EasyPark group to achieve it’s business ambitions.
Leading and managing a team consisting of creative director, art director, copywriter, production lead, digital design lead and designers.
Work closely with internal creative talents, design agencies and freelancers when you think it’s required by the scope and business objectives. Continuously balancing the workload and projects between available resources and talents to achieve the best outcome.
Nurture and maintain close collaboration with senior marketing leaders, regional marketers, cross-functional teams and key stakeholders from all functions in the organization to ensure a unified and cohesive brand experience.
Facilitate effective communication within the team to drive efficient processes and high-quality results.
Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews and support the professional development of team members to help them achieve their career goals and enhance their creative capabilities.
Be at the forefront of the company’s efforts to utilize Artificial Intelligence to enhance the quality, consistency and footprint of our global portfolio of brands.

You have a deep understanding of all stages of the creative development and execution; from concept to final execution of marketing assets.
You have a global mindset and thrive on inclusively leading and managing a team with people from different countries and cultures.
Excellent communication, collaboration and planning skills
Open to hands-on operational work while also balancing the leadership of the team and a strategic mindset.
A history of thriving in fast-paced environments and ability to quickly adapt to fast changing priorities.
Your background
We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:
10+ years in a relevant marketing position at a marketing department or agency.
5+ years experience as Head of Brand and Creative or similar, directly managing a team.
Extensive leadership experience, leading both direct reports and/or other teams.
Experience in a global organizational setup with multiple stakeholders and a matrixed structure.
Experience with leading organizations through change using brand as the key agent of change would be considered a big plus.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
We would prefer the role to be based in Stockholm, Sweden. It reports to the Global Head of Marketing of the EasyPark group.
