Sales Operations Manager

Your Role
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our outbound sales tools as well as their life cycles. You will collaborate closely with providers to ensure that EasyPark's applications align with business needs, adhere to security and application management standards, and are fully optimized for efficiency. In this role, you will drive and implement continuous improvements, contribute to development initiatives, and manage the tooling for the Sales Operations function of EasyPark.
Your responsibilities are not only to improve current tools, but realise which other platforms can help EasyPark improve their sales process efficiency
Primary Work Tasks
Manage current CRM way of working and ensure it lives up to sales process standards
Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, or process improvement to currents systems and ways of working.
Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, IT Business partners, and application architects to provide a strategic vision for new and supported applications, roadmaps, and business processes
Initiate and drive cooperation external and internal partners to ensure that solutions and processes can be developed and operated in the most efficient way
Identify potential tools which can be added to the EasyPark Sales ecosystem
Constructively take feedback from the sales organisation and realise what implementation can improve our way of working.
Provide an analytical perspective on our sales context and ways of working.
Collaborate with the B2B team to enhance the user experience from a sales operation point of view for our B2B accounts.
Your Qualifications
We don’t believe one size fits all, but previous experience with system management, CRM management and certifications are a plus. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and strong stakeholder management skills are required.
