CRM Growth Hacker (Freelance)

EasyPark is currently looking for a driven CRM Growth Hacker as freelancer to be part of an exciting growth journey in digitalising an industry and disrupting consumer behaviour. This role will be based at our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, where you will be part of our international marketing team.

EasyPark Group is a leading digital service company focused on building the world’s most comprehensive marketplace for parking. The EasyPark app, which lets drivers find and manage their parking payment (and electric vehicle charging), is the flagship product currently available in 14 European countries and Australia – and with a big ambition to grow our international footprint even further! 
The EasyPark app is used by millions of drivers all over Europe every day and we are working hard to make the parking experience as convenient as possible for these people. How do you fit in to the picture?
The Group CRM Growth Hacker role will be central in supporting our growth marketing efforts driven from our own userbase. In this role you will work with the group marketing managers to drive growth marketing initiatives to improve retention, customer on-boarding, feature adoption, among other things across all our markets. You will be part of developing campaign concepts globally and working with our local marketing coordinators to adapt the concepts to the local market needs. 

 

CRM Growth Marketing Executive main responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation with a view to retaining  existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand
  • Participate in global communication concept creation
  • Campaign analytics and reporting
  •  Feature activation for additional services provided by EasyPark
  •  Set up and improve our cross-/upsell infrastructure
  • Work with our growth team to support the new user activation in terms of the messaging around on-boarding, re-activation and engagement
  • CRM marketing support to new cities or parking operators
  • Churn prevention campaign creation and optimisation


What does it take to succeed in this role?

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills are central to this role as you will work as a vital link between the local markets and the group marketing function as well as cross-functionally
  • Feel at home in an international environment and enjoy collaborating with people from various backgrounds  
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to marketing


Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business development or business administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing and/or a proven track-record of driving growth
  • Experience of using a mobile engagement or marketing automation platform
  • Previous experience of marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and basic command of HTML are a plus but not required

 

Language requirements:

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken communication
