As we continue our growth journey, we are looking for the next best talent and now recruiting for a Team Leader to join our B2B Sales Team in Stockholm. In this role you can make a tangible impact as your work will directly impact the growth and success of the team and company. You will play a crucial role in driving our sales performance and actively support the B2B function to achieve a strong sales culture that aligns with our core values: Be Curious, Play Together, Inch by Inch.

You`re an empathetic person that has previous experience in leading and managing teams of sales representatives. You are a dedicated, responsible, motivated person who enjoys getting things done with good quality. You will contribute & make an impact through:
Ensure the Sales process is followed and continuously developed to meet the specific market needs
Support the recruitment and onboarding of new Sales Representatives
Coach and evaluate employee's performance using our coaching framework to develop performance and sales skills
Ensure the usage and training of Sales CRM, Sales Process, and methodology
Conduct regular Pipeline/performance and 1-2-1 meetings to provide feedback and guidance
Develop and maintain high sales performance through constant training /coaching
Foster strong customer relationships and ensure qualitative sales interactions
Deliver on established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Actively participate and contribute within our international sales team
Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives
We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:
You have previous experience in a Team Lead capacity – driving KPI performance through coaching, mentoring and motivating a team of Sales professionals
A solid understanding of the sales process and ability to develop it further
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales performance.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to make informed decisions.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and customers
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English
