B2B Sales Manager

We are now looking for a Sales manager to our new B2B sales team in Madrid. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company with a strong focus on creating customer value.

Your key objectives will be to:
•   Build a strong sales culture that aligns with EasyPark's values
•   Maximize our net growth in numbers and revenue

Your key responsibilities will be to:
•   Recruit, onboard, coach and lead sales team members - with a focus on inside sales but an overall responsibility for EasyPark's Spanish B2B customer base and channels
•   Secure usage of our CRM system, sales process and methodology
•   Participate and contribute in the international sales team, consisting of sales managers from other European countries, as well as close collaboration to other EasyPark functions

Requirements for this position:
•   Entrepreneurial mindset
•   Extensive experience from direct and/or indirect sales
•   Previous experience in coaching sales representatives
•   Excellent social skills
•   Result oriented mindset

Language requirement
•   Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish
