Business Analyst- PayCore/ PayLater

A Business Analyst is a key team member on product teams that have dependencies and connections with other internal functions or works within a complex and detail-oriented domain. A Business Analyst is often specialized in certain areas and might support several product teams.
Pay Core and Pay Later play critical roles within EasyPark. Together with the team of developers, we are responsible for parts of billing interactions for the world’s biggest parking app - meaning we own the core of EasyPark’s billing system and B2B payment methods. Billing serves over 20 million drivers across the globe. The mission of Pay Later is to provide a seamless invoicing experience for our B2B customers.
You will contribute & make an impact through:
You will help the Product Team by figuring out the tricky business details to ensure we build products that meet business needs
You are the unicorn who understands our value chain and internal flows
You understand and shape business processes and translate them into actions and recommendations that can be implemented across markets.
We don’t know you yet, but you might recognize yourself in the following:
Evaluating business processes, clarifying and anticipating requirements and uncovering areas for improvement
Analyze, evaluate, refine and document business processes and create new one’s that support the business
Supporting product managers and product teams by detailing the requirements to drive the development of new features or changes in existing ones, e.g. by helping to groom and refine the user stories and ensure there are understandable acceptance and test criteria
Documenting functionalities and overall how products and services work
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Gathering critical information (eg. Feedback or requirements) from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful documentation
Acts as a Single Point of Contact between markets and the team in everyday’s matters (ie. following up on customer cases).
Acts as a Single Point of Contact between markets and invoice suppliers on operational matters.
Evaluates and prioritise Product and Service Support tickets, making sure that the right thighs are done.
Collects process improvements from internal functions and country organizations, and evaluates them from the scalability perspective and application across all markets.
Works on internal user-facing documentation (eg. confluence).
Collaborate with stakeholders from different teams and functions.
Works with invoice suppliers on operational matters.
Candidates with strong insights into the internal financial reporting and payment processes(eg. GRID, VISMA; Order2Cash) are preferred, Finance background is an advantage
Min 3 years experience in Product Management/ Business Analyst/ Tech Consultant
Personal maturity, sense of accountability, optimism is essential as baseplate to be part of the team
The role can be based in Stockholm, Amsterdam or Basingstoke.
