Senior Business Development & Account Manager

The Role
As Business development and account manager you will mainly work daily toward cities and municipalities all over Sweden within the parking area. The focus is to establish and uphold great relations to these parking operators. We are looking for a professional with at least 3-5 years of experience in business-to-business sales who has a great ability and sense in seeing further opportunities with existing customers and enjoys delivering first class service, ensuring excellent relationships are held up. You will be a part of a team locally in Sweden, but also have close collaboration with the global EasyPark team, in order to drive the business forward. You will contribute & make an impact through:
Being able to cooperate at executive level is essential as a great part of the communication with partners will be directly with representatives of cities and municipalities. The role is broad, mixing sales and business skills with the ability to develop and maintain existing partnerships, but also to establish new ones. The role covers everything from analysis, navigating to initial customer prospect contact, pre-sales, negotiating agreements, and entails training the partner’s staff through the implementation. You will lead and guide the partners all the way towards full digitization of their parking activities.

● Ability to structure and present strong business cases for potential and current partners.
● Analytical in order to understand the progress of the partner’s parking business
Your background
We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:
- Experience from selling complex service offerings, e.g. SaaS, and managing the
complete sales process from lead generation to deal making and implementation - Solid business understanding from B2B sales or similar roles (3- 5 years)
- Degree in economics, business administration or other equivalent education is seen as a requirement
- Knowledge of and experience in daily use of CRM systems as part of the sales proces
- A background of working within the mobility and parking industry is considered a plus
- Fluency in English is a requirement
