Today you can use our app in more than 3200 cities, and we are focused on our vision to help improve the urban experience by providing data, creating greener cities but also by adding more products and solutions.
You will be part of our Finance function that is highly appreciated within the entire organization and will be responsible for building up the procurement function within the group.
You will contribute by driving the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of negotiation with service providers and cooperation partners. You will advise other teams on procurement matters and participate in projects that involve all departments.
You will collaborate with other functions and teams globally to make sure we are compliant and have everything we need to deliver the best solutions in the market within our field.
In this role you will also:
- Set the process and policies within the group for procurement in general.
- Manage suppliers, vendors and contract management.
- Deliver cost savings/optimization
- Support with tender procedures and orders.
- Be the project leader for projects involving procurement.
- Globalizing procurement within the entire EasyPark Group.
- Be and act proactively regarding acquisitions – what do they have, what do we have – what do we need.
Is this you?
You are a person who thrives in an environment where you will have the opportunity to contribute on a high level, where your input is valued, and where you will drive and continue to develop the procurement function.
You are experienced within the field, have a good understanding of working within procurement, are a self-starter and a hands-on person.
You have been working in an international setup in an organization that manages a lot of suppliers, IT-solutions and equipment, and know your way around procurement in a tech and sales environment.
You have an educational background in Economics or Business and have excellent English communication skills. Swedish is not required for this role.
This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
