EasyPark’s B2B organization is growing across our European footprint in terms of markets, employees and complexity. We are now looking for a Sales Process Enabler that can lead and inspire us in digitizing our sales organizations' way of working by optimizing our sales supporting systems including the training in the use of said systems as well as activation of product updates implications for the sales organization and the corresponding feedback loop.

Seize the opportunity and join a multinational sales organization and a leading tech company. Your closest colleagues will be a team of eight international Sales Managers and one Sales Excellence responsible. Adding to this, you will collaborate with other stakeholders outside the B2B Sales department such as Customer Care Process drivers, B2B Product owners, B2B Marketers and various development teams.

To succeed in this role we believe you are experienced in:

  • CRM tool management for better sales process and experience 
  • Connected sales supporting systems such as phone systems, dialer, email etc
  • Change management and training of users in using CRM systems and other support tools
  • Project management
  • Sales processes and pipeline management

As a person we believe:

  • You enjoy being a social connector between people from different teams, backgrounds and markets
  • You have a conviction that modern sales needs to be data driven and that we need a systems thinking to give us the capabilities to become truly effective and scalable
  • You are a natural with using software to enhance human capabilities for work and you enjoy putting such system/eco-system in place

To get started we think these are some of the things you will be working with: 

1) Continue the integration of our sales support systems (such as dialer) with our Sugar CRM for more efficient sales process and better tracking of the leads pipeline

2) Simplify the day to day sales interface by configuring and optimizing layout and data availability 

3) Training and up-training our sales representatives and management, ensuring best practice usage across all CRM stakeholders

4) Work with the whole B2B team to help us bringing the user experience to the next level from a sales operation point of view for our B2B accounts Please submit your application in English, as English is our corporate language.
