About the role:

As a Customer Care hero you will be part of our French Customer Care team in Sweden. You will have a close collaboration with our customers and our colleagues working from France, Belgium and The Netherlands as well as many other functions within the EasyPark Group. This requires that you are comfortable creating new relationships and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls as well as emails from French and Dutch speaking customers as in our Team we cover French, Dutch and Belgian market
  • Register new customers
  • Answering questions about invoices, claims and other types of questions
  • Guide the customer in the functionality of the mobile app and our website
  • Help our B2B customers by guiding them or creating accounts
  • Other administration

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and with knowledge in Dutch in speech and writing
  • Fluent in English in speech and writing
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Experience in Sales is beneficial

The position would be at first for 6 months part-time, with a great possibility to lead to a full-time position.
