You will have a fun operations job, where you’ll learn to work with sophisticated IT, and at the same time you’ll interact daily  with multiple colleagues and business partners. We are looking for a Customer Success manager, a junior professional with the following characteristics:

  • Education: an engineering/science degree or equivalent Operations/IT experience
  • Ideal experience  less than 3 years of work (or an internship) in Operations/IT
  • English: B2 or above


What you will do (among other things as well!)

Working in Customer Success at EasyPark means you will take on the role as Partner Success Manager where you will work closely with our Italian partners, i.e., the cities and companies managing parking in Italy.  Your main responsibility will be to secure a seamless implementation of the Easypark system by configuring, maintaining and supporting sold product and services for our partners. You will be based in Rome.

As Partner Success Manager, you will need good project management skills (IT/operations projects) as well as strong relational capabilities. The role is broad, mixing business skills with the ability to establish new relationships as well as to develop and maintain existing ones. In your daily work, you will be required to control expectations of partners as well as to maintain an ongoing discussion with EasyPark’s Central Service Management and Service Desk teams.

The whole way you will demonstrate knowledge leadership and guide the partners towards full digitalization of their parking activities.

What you need for this role

  • Fluency (B2 or above) in English both verbally and in written form, as English is our corporate language
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as stakeholder management capability

  • Analytical thinking: ability to analyze and understand the technical and commercial context in detail
  • Strategic thinking: ability to quickly understand the partner’s and customers’ needs and to adapt the EasyPark concept accordingly
  • Excellent problem-solving skills


Technical skills and experience

  • Strong project management skills. Coordinating tasks for the successful implementation of the EasyPark services & products. Ability to prioritize, optimize and balance time and resources
  • IT competences: basic understanding of computer programming and APIs


Desired background

  • University degree in engineering or science or equivalent Operations/IT experience
  • Process/operations management
  • Sectors: IT-ICT-Technology-Digital-Internet-Mobile Apps
  • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Corel, Macromedia
