The role and team
In the role of Buyer you will be responsible for indirect procurement processes within the whole group and support different types of commodities, among them IT, Facilties, Marketing, Professional Services. The Procurement function at EasyPark is a newly formed function, which makes for perfect conditions for individuals who want to take part in creating ways of working and help shape the procurement function at EasyPark. This role is located at the Easypark HQ in Stockholm and you will report to the Procurement Manager.
Our Procurement philosophy is 1) take each opportunity to be an EasyPark ambassador towards our supplier base, 2) to be a Procurement ambassador toward our internal customers, and 3) to focus on a great internal customer experience while safeguarding compliance to our procurement guidelines and adding value to the sourcing process. EasyPark would not be what it is without its people, which is why we have a central role in connecting with people who share the same values as us: to be collaborative and caring, all while acting with courage, welcoming change and having the customer at heart.
You will contribute & make an impact through:
- Independently collaborate with leaders across to drive sourcing initiatives
- Your ability to plan, manage, structure and improve the procurement process in close cooperation with our internal customers and shared services (e.g. legal, InfoSec team, Finance)
- Your innovative way of sourcing and negotiations with both existing and new suppliers
- Creating a great internal customer experience where everyone in contact with Procurement is left with a better understanding of the procurement process and added value of Procurement
- Your ability to quickly and accurately analyze data, conclude and summarize results and being able to present these results in a clear and advisory way to stakeholders
- Your excellent negotiation skills

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:
- BSc degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields
- Minimum of 3 years experience from a similar role in Indirect Procurement
- You are a strong user of Excel and used to handling large quantities of data
- Fluency in English is required for this position, Swedish is considered a plus
