The Role
This role will be part of the Internal IT organization, reporting to the Head of Internal IT. This is a new role that will fill a need to strengthen the Internal IT organization by adding dedicated capability to support other business functions within the group in their IT needs, such as procurement and integration initiatives. You will be maintaining close collaboration and partnerships with one or more business functions, representing Internal IT and being an extended part of the senior leadership team of assigned business functions. Here you will participate in the Change Advisory Board as technical and system architectural expert and also design technical integrations to and from Business Platform systems to other systems, maintaining a system register/map and capability model.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

• Be the trusted IT advisor and ambassador for senior members of a Business function and serve as the strategic and operational interface
• Together with business function develop technology strategies aligned with business strategy and translate strategies into solution roadmaps
• Define suitable service models for assigned business function and ensure effective service and risk management for all deployed IT solutions
• By using your business and technical knowledge, with your ability to combine the two
• Explaining complex technical solutions to technicians and translate it to make sure everyone can understand

This role will be based in our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden.

About you

We believe you are a person who has an excellent understanding of processes and market leading system solutions for assigned business areas (e.g. Finance, HR, Marketing, …)
You have strong interpersonal and presentation skills, ability and experience to collaborate with all job levels of assigned business areas.

You have a solution oriented mindset and the ability to balance pragmatism and plan-orientation as well as a SaaS and cloud first strategy.

Your background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

• Background in Enterprise or Application Architecture and Integration of off-the-shelf business solutions
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, ability and experience to collaborate with all job levels of assigned business area
• Working according to established and value-adding methodologies
