The Role

Life as an EasyPark Product Designer is all about creating amazing experiences for our users, that meet real user needs, solve user problems and create a better everyday life, thus moving us closer to our vision of making cities more livable. Our users will never consider alternatives to EasyPark once they have used our products and solutions!

You are all about delighting users to contribute to product success. You put the customer and user first and evangelize and teach others about the importance of customer and user focus.

Our product portfolio stretches beyond the EasyPark app and you will be surprised at how exciting mobility and parking actually is!

You will contribute & make an impact through

• Evangelizing about why a design and user oriented product development process is key and how it brings value to our users, our customers, and EasyPark
• Proactively driving the research and design process, from the initial stage of understanding users to the final stage of producing prototypes, journeys or flows, as well as following up if the desired outcome is reached
• Bringing user pain points, user needs, and desires to the priority discussion. You capture and promote solutions to problems or opportunities, even before our users have realized the need themselves.
• Collaborating on the design process and decisions to jointly decide on the best implementation with our Product Owners, Product Team and stakeholders
• Balancing focus and attention to both product discovery and product delivery
• Developing yourself, your skills, our tools, design system, and our ways of working to take us to the next level

About you and your background

You’re a team player who enjoys working with Product Owners, analysts, developers and other team members to jointly deliver the best service or product

You love agile ways of working and bring value to the product development process with your experience and expertise.

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate likely has the following background:

• Several years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, hold a relevant degree or have extensive comparable experience in the UX/UI field.
• You have been a member of agile product development teams and have experienced the true benefits of iterative and incremental development.
• You have worked for a product and technology centered company with products during different stages of their life cycle.
• You love being data informed and have experience in visualizing and applying qualitative and quantitative insights to shape your design and solutions.
• Hopefully you have experience from customer journeys, story mapping and similar tools, as well as running workshops.
• Finally, it would be amazing if you have experience from native app development, responsive web design, and design systems!

Fluency in English is required for this position, however Swedish is not needed.

This role is based in our HQ in Stockholm.
