The Role
In the role as Project Manager you will work closely with our French partners, i.e., the cities and companies managing parking in France. Your main responsibility will be to secure a seamless implementation of the Easypark system by configuring, maintaining and supporting sold products and services for our partners.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining partner relationships and optimization by doing support through guidance, advice and recommendations. You want to ensure support for the IT systems and that all parking areas are configured up-to-date in EasyPark's systems, so that our end users can park easily and without errors. You will collaborate with various internal functions such as product managers, customer service and service desk, but you will also need to independently troubleshoot and pass on bugs and amendments in our systems.

You will contribute & make an impact through:
Providing excellent operative support to new and existing partners and other third partiesTraining and ongoing support for cities and private parking operators in relation to EasyPark tools and products
Configuring new parking areas from partners and update/optimizing existing ones in EasyPark systems
Configuring new agreements in our internal systems and implementing EasyPark services for new partners
Project management, including needs definition, testing, and quality assurance
Ordering, reviewing and roll-out of exposure material.
Working closely with our Partner Success Managers, as well as other internal stakeholders on various business development projects

Your background
We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:
Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a relevant field and/or equivalent working experience from a similar role in a system environment.
Preferable previous experience with project management or support of systems and applications (eg Saas/Cloud Telco systems)
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Sugar CRM is a plus.
Fluency in English and French is mandatory. Multiple languages are an advantage
