The Role and Team

As Workforce Coordinator your main responsibilities are to monitor day-to-day performance, forecast volumes and create suggested scheduling in our growing Customer Care function.

You will be a part of our Operational Excellence team within EasyPark Customer Care. The team consists of three Process Drivers and a Learning and Development Specialist that you will work closely with to keep customer satisfaction up and contact ratio down. Furthermore, you will be working from a cross-market perspective where you will be in contact with colleagues from our diverse range of markets on a daily basis, where you will suggest and guide a proper balance between staffing and need.

You will play an important role in maintaining a high level of Customer Love by securing operational efficiency and stable service levels, making sure that we are proactive in resource changes and relocations and that any issues are identified and reported.

This is a new and exciting role within EasyPark where you will have the opportunity to shape and maintain the setup and system to keep track of real time agent performance, forecasting and scheduling, that will have great impact to our business.

 

You will contribute & make an impact through:

We don’t know you yet, but you might recognize yourself in the following:

    • Create and maintain a forecasting process (including system support) to keep track of agents/performance
    • Forecasting our Customer Care volumes
    • Monitoring the KPIs of staffing vs need, scheduling adherence/availability and forecast accuracy
    • Creating schedules for all markets in order to response to customer needs – in collaboration with local Customer Care managers/Team leaders
    • Update schedules according to ad-hoc needs (aligned with local Customer Care managers, Quality Leaders/Team Leaders, Process Drivers, Learning and Development Specialist)
    • Monitor day-to-day performance to achieve optimal operational efficiency with available staffing and shrinkages

 

About you 

We believe you are a self-driven person who thrives in an ever-changing environment where you are into the details but also able to keep an overview of the situation. You love to work with numbers and are strong in using planning tools. You are a team player and have an interest in creating a positive and adoptive environment around you in order to foster open cross-functional relations and collaboration. With that said, you are a naturally communicative person with a curious mindset that sees new opportunities in how to develop things further continuously.

 

Your background 

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience within workforce management/real time management
  • Experience with building and applying a workforce management tool
  • You have a data driven approach to come up with the best forecasts and scheduling
  • Relevant educational background
  • Strong communication skills in English, a plus if you speak additional languages. Swedish is not mandatory at EasyPark.
