The Role

As a Customer Care Representative, you are part of a team of friendly colleagues in an international environment. You will be responsible for providing our customers with a professional service, high availability and flexibility. You will work primarily with B2C and B2B customers in the  Danish market during evenings and weekend shifts.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

As a Customer Care Representative, the main tasks are as follows:

  • Answer incoming Customer Service calls and emails from private customers and companies
  • Actively work with onboarding of customers, customer loyalty and win-back
  • Administration/Back office tasks

About you

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in Customer Service and likes working in a fast-paced team environment. A social team player with an understanding of what a great Customer Experience means and who is independent at the same time. You are curious and like to challenge yourself, to step out of your comfort zone and to try out new things to develop and grow. Feedback is something you welcome with humbleness. Is this you? Your background 

To be suitable for the role of a Customer Care Representative, we believe that you should:

  • Have previous work experience within Customer Care and/or sales
  • Feel motivated by working with others towards common goals
  • Be fluent in written and oral English and Danish. Danish as a native language is preferred.
  • The knowledge of Icelandic is a plus


This role is based in the Copenhagen office of EasyPark Denmark.
