The Role

The team is focused on the fundamentals of the EasyPark app experience; that means being responsible for delivering the best parking experience possible to our users. Over the next year, we plan to explore and design improvements to the core user flows that are in place today, and to expand our rich feature set in new ways not yet seen. Together we are building a flexible and dynamic UX that supports our users in a variety of different scenarios and situations, and in this role you will be in charge of designing some of the most critical flows in our App.

You Will Contribute & Make An Impact Through

  • Having an understanding of complex user scenarios and always bringing the  right context of real use cases into your designs.
  • Take charge of the entire design process, from the initial stage of understanding users to the final stage of producing a high-fidelity prototype.
  • Communicate your design decisions to the rest of the team and decide on the best implementation with our Product owners and stakeholders.
  • Being meticulous when weighing important decisions and knowing when it’s the right time to be experimental or careful.
  • Ensuring that the interface is usable and accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

About You

  • You highly value making user-centered decisions, prioritisation, and working in a structured and efficient way.
  • You’re a team player, you work well alongside a Product Owner, data scientists, QA, and developers, to jointly deliver the best service or product possible.
  • You bring in the user perspective and share valuable insights to the Product Owner and team to feed the product roadmap.
  • You are naturally humble, and thrive in a collaborative environment where you are used to both sharing and receiving feedback and insights from and to your team and stakeholder group.
  • Have an understanding of working in a Design System and User-Centered Design ideology.
  • You are comfortable in working and supporting one or more agile product teams and can bring value to the product development process where your strength and expertise would be a key.

Your background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

  • At least 4+ years of working experience as a UX or Product designer.
  • Hold a relevant degree or have extensive comparable experience in the UX field.
  • Experience in implementing design in live products.
  • Comfortable using design tools - we use Figma!
  • Love being data informed; you have experience in using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform your design decisions
  • Fluency in English is required for this position, however Swedish is not needed.

It would be a bonus if you have

  • A/B testing experience
  • Worked in an experimental design fashion
  • Experience in responsive web design and/or Dashboards
  • Agile product development and experience
