The Role

EasyPark is looking for a talented Application Support Specialist in Denmark. You have an "eye for detail", and you are ready to make a great effort to support both our partners (municipalities and private parking-operators), and increase their satisfaction with our solutions. The solutions for the municipalities also include systems for digital parking permits, parking databases and visual analysis tools.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining partner relationships and optimization by doing support through guidance, advice and recommendations. You want to ensure support for the IT systems and that all parking areas are configured up-to-date in EasyPark's systems, so that our end users can park easily and without errors. You will collaborate with various internal functions such as product managers, customer service and service desk, but you will also need to independently troubleshoot and pass on bugs and amendments in our systems.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

  • Daily contact with partners and other third parties regarding support issues
  • Training and ongoing support for municipalities and private parking operators in relation to EasyPark tools and products (eg IT system for resident permits and parking databases)
  • Configuring new parking areas from partners and update/optimizing existing ones in EasyPark systems
  • Configuring new agreements (with cities and parking operators) in our internal systems
  • Project management, including needs definition, testing, and quality assurance
  • Ensuring that signs and stickers in car parks and vending machines are up to date
  • Working closely with our other Application Support Specialists, as well as other internal stakeholders on various business development projects

Your background  

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

  • Several years of experience working with 2nd line support or customer care of systems and applications (eg SaaS / Cloud or telco systems) for B2B or Public customers. 
  • Experience with project tools and basic understanding of computer programming and APIs
  • Experience in working with external stakeholders from businesses and public sector
  • Fluency in English and Danish is mandatory. Multiple languages are an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent working experience from a similar role in a system environment

This position is located in our Danish office in Charlottenlund, Copenhagen.
