Profil in vloga

EasyPark trenutno išče nadarjenega posameznika, ki bi lahko postal izreden Partner Success Manager. Imate "oko za podrobnosti" in ste pripravljeni narediti "dodaten kilometer", da podprete naše stranke in njihovo zadovoljstvo z našimi rešitvami. Imeli boste ključno vlogo pri ohranjanju odnosov s strankami in optimizaciji z zagotavljanjem podpore s smernicami, svetovanjem in priporočili. Primarne odgovornosti

  • Odgovoren za oblikovanje novih pogodb
  • Konfiguracija območij / tarif / dovolilnic / zemljevidov
  • Testiranje področij, odgovornost za celoten proces
  • Podpora strankam
  • Tesno sodelovanje s svetovalci za upravljanje parkirišč pri različnih projektih

 

Profil

  • Zelo podrobno usmerjen in sposoben hkrati upravljati več projektov
  • Osredotočen na optimizacijo procesov / dokumentacije
  • Organiziran z odličnim spremljanjem, da se zagotovi izpolnjevanje ciljev in rokov strank
  • Željan učenja in rasti
  • Ambiciozen in uspešen
  • Brezhibno komuniciranje tako v informacijskem kot v poslovnem okolju
  • Tehnično podkovani in usmerjeni v inovacije

 

Zahteve

  • Znanje prodajnih veščin s predznanjem iz IT ali z dopolnilnim izobraževanjem iz IT
  • Diploma iz informatike, ekonomije ali podobnega študija
  • Izkušnje in dobro poznavanje MS Office paketa (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Izkušnje kot tehnična podpora
  • Izkušnje s projektnimi orodji (npr. Jira)
  • Izkušnje pri spodbujanju prodaje in prodajni rezultati
  • Izjemne medosebne in komunikacijske spretnosti ter poglobljeno razumevanje upravljanja deležnikov
  • Močna poslovna intuicija in visoko razvita sposobnost konceptualnega razmišljanja, saj določanje prioritet zahteva, da razmišljate strateško in taktično ob upoštevanju številnih razsežnosti
  • Tekoče znanje slovenskega in angleškega jezika ter fakultativno znanje italijanskega jezika
  • Izpit B kategorije in lastni prevoz.

In this role you’ll work as a junior technical specialist, supporting our Slovenian customers.  You’ll have daily contact with both Slovenian colleagues and our international team, in a very exciting and fast-paced work environment. We are looking for a professional with 1-3 years experience in technical support/operations. A degree in engineering or IT is strongly preferred. English (C1 or above) is a must.

The Role

Are you a recent graduate with a few years of experience and eager to work in an international environment where English is the business language? You will play a vital role in operations and customer relationship retention, and optimization by driving support through guidance, counseling and recommendations. By customers we mean our Slovenian partners, i.e., the cities and companies managing parking in Slovenia. Your main responsibility will be to secure a seamless implementation of the EasyPark system by configuring, maintaining and supporting sold products and services for our partners.  You will be based at our Slovenian headquarter in Koper.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

  • By providing excellent operative support to new and existing partners 
  • Through configuration & mapping of the area codes, quality assurance and optimization of processes
  • By collaborating with your direct manager, sales & distribution colleagues in Slovenia as well as IT and product owners at our Swedish HQ
  • Through system setup to complete new city integrations, and implementing EasyPark services for the cities 
  • By ordering, reviewing and being accountable for the roll-out of exposure material

 

About you

You take pride in being highly structured and organized. You are used to going through complex data and proactively solve problems. You are known to be persistent and follow through. You love new challenges and welcome change. You act prestige less and are happy to help your team and work on a variety of tasks. To collaborate and interact with external partners and internal stakeholders is something you enjoy and you understand the importance of clear communication and keeping your customers informed.

Your background 

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

  • Bachelor degree within engineering , IT or equivalent, you might recently have graduated or a few years ago
  • You are system and tech savv and familiar with excel, to process and manage data
  • You might come from a technical support background or similar, were you have built and maintained a strong customer relationship
  • You are fluent in Slovenian and have excellent skill in English and Italian, proficiency in any other European language is a plus
  • Previous experience with CRM and Ticketing Systems is a plus
