The Role

We are currently looking for a driven Key Account Manager with a strong business mindset that will contribute to growing our business in the Finnish market. 

The key responsibility for the Key Account Manager is to act as the contact point between customers and the internal teams. You are responsible for establishing new, and extending current, relationships with customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs. You will initiate and implement continuous improvements for the customer and help ensure customer satisfaction by providing the right solution. In your daily work you will have frequent contacts with the customer base, ensuring Easypark being customers “top of mind”. In addition you are responsible for preparing, analyzing and presenting reports on the account and portfolio progress, goals, monthly and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders. 

You will contribute & make an impact through:

  • Pipeline management and forecasting
  • Delivering on established KPIs
  • Being responsible for the sales budget
  • Being responsible for churn on account level and user level
  • Having commercial responsibility for the deal with the customer
  • Delivering qualitative sales and customer satisfaction
  • Keeping the CRM system updated to ensure data quality and pipeline relevancy
  • Working according to EasyPark's strategies and processes to achieve our sales and profitability goals

You have a strong business sense, a positive and proactive mindset and you enjoy a bit of a challenge. In addition you have a sense for numbers, organization and planning.

Your background 

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

  • Solid background from sales roles in different forms, preferably from a role as Key Account Manager, Account manager or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree  in business or other relevant fields
  • Experience in sales and customer services at portfolio level
  • Knowledge and experience in longer sales processes, tenders, offers and agreement handling. 
  • Time and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
  • Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
  • Fluent orally and written communication skills in Finnish and English is a requirement. Swedish or any additional language are meriting.
