The Role

We are now looking for a Head of B2B marketing in our Global team located in Stockholm. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing international company with a strong focus on creating customer value. B2B sales has been identified as a key revenue flow to drive extensive company growth. We are currently recruiting most of our new B2B users from our B2C consumer base but we are now ready to “crack the code” and recruit B2B customers directly from the market. For this opportunity to materialise, it is critical to further develop our practice of B2B Marketing to more effectively acquire new customers and continue to upsell services and solutions to existing customers in Europe.

We believe you are a proven leader, able to envision and inspire the organisation and your team of 3 on this journey, this role will report to the CMO. 

You will contribute & make an impact through:

  • Developing and implementing a B2B marketing strategy and roadmap to drive growth in line with the business strategy
  • Building and developing an annual B2B marketing budget to meet financial and strategic objectives. Setting clear KPIs for Group B2B marketing and clusters. Ongoing forecasting and result analysis throughout the year. 
  • Planning and implementing activities in close collaboration with sales management and other cross functional stakeholders
  • Creating a demand generation strategy and building up marketing demand, lead generation and automation capabilities in the wider team
  • Developing and optimizing lead generation over time. Partner with the internal sales team to evolve the management of the leads, scoring and nurturing of the digital marketing-attributed pipeline
  • Creating a marketing playbook for B2B to outline positioning, messaging, audience engagement strategies, campaign creative framework, media strategy and finished campaign assets to drive awareness, understanding and demand generation with targeted customers
  • Putting together marketing and communications plans with clearly defined and tangible value propositions - in multiple languages
  • Being the expert on our key audiences, understanding who they are, how they buy, their biggest issues and opportunities. Use the insights to develop value propositions, consumer journey’s and messaging
  • Leading and mentoring the B2B marketing organization 

About you

You get a lot of energy from collaborating with people in the business, you are quick in establishing relationships that helps you to deliver results as a team. You are no stranger to ‘dive in’ and to operate quite hands-on since you know it will pay off at a later stage. You also have the ability to design concepts and strategies by using your analytical capabilities to plan ahead and work towards a common goal. In general you are a commercial marketer with a big curiosity on how to drive sales. As a leader you care and challenge the team, act without prestige and inspire them by leading the way. 

Your background 

We don’t think one size fits all, but you might recognize yourself in the following:

  • Extensive experience from B2B marketing, where you have gained a proven track record of building up and driving growth in B2B customer acquisitions for multiple years
  • A few years of leadership experience, leading and growing high-performing B2B marketing teams
  • Data driven approach and comfortable gathering and analysing data
  • Good knowledge of managing budget, costs and forecasting
  • Preferably a background of working on campaigns in different territories and languages

This role is based at our headquarters in Stockholm.
