The Role

EasyPark is a market leader in its category in Europe and we have put in a lot of hard work into growing the number of users, transactions and our brand. With no end in sight we are looking for a Business and Marketing Analytics Manager to take us to the next level in our ability to measure effectiveness and predict success. We aim to grow our revenue more than 25% YoY and enter new markets where you will be a crucial team member to help us succeed. We share a high belief in a data-driven approach and have a high focus on ramping up our analytical skill set in order to maximize our potential. As our investment wizard you will shape and implement a best-in-class model for evaluating and guiding our investments. Based on the expertise you provide, it will guide us in making more well informed investment decisions between markets, segments and channels. You will collect, challenge and facilitate new learnings in order to reach high return on marketing investment (ROMI) and prediction. As a key member of the marketing team, you will lead the way to a more professional attribution modelling.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

  • Developing and implementing an econometrics model to evaluate and guide investments with aim to propel our cluster model for B2C and B2B and to enhance business strategy.
  • Owning and building a C-level reporting on Lifetime Value and ROMI per cluster, user segment and channel while proactively recommending shifts in investments to accelerate results
  • Assessing and implementing effective attribution models to understand the performance of all marketing channels and optimize spend accordingly, providing analytical insight into customer acquisition, retention and journeys.
  • Ensuring structured approach to testing, learning and scaling marketing initiatives across digital channels and markets, collaborating closely with the creative team.
  • Ensuring findings and recommendations are shared and put into practise across markets and functions, working closely with our local Marketing Managers and Country Directors.
  • Being the champion of an agile approach, ensuring all eyes are on the target and that a dashboard is in place to navigate speedy decision making.
  • Recommending and executing an annual budget for modelling, tracking and reporting to meet financial and strategic objectives, as well as managing relationships with external tracking agencies.
  • Owning the econometrics model, as well as staying up-to-date with new trends within predictive marketing, learning new tools and tactics.

About you

You are a natural when it comes to analytics, C-level reporting and deriving actionable conclusions from large sets of data. You establish credibility through your structured approach, your sharp data-driven recommendations and your expertise in the latest tools. To communicate and deliver solid recommendations to your stakeholders has always been an important part of your work. You are results driven and happily share best practices in a collaborative way. To enter a new role triggers you, since it means you will be able to make an impact through your ability to bring structure and thereby visualize accelerated growth opportunities. Considering this you are comfortable ‘rolling up your sleeves’ and operate hands-on, understanding that the team is on a growth journey, while at the same time you will have an opportunity of designing the long term econometrics model. 

Your background 

We don’t think one size fits all, but you probably recognise yourself in the following:

  • A solid background and career from working in a high profile analytical and results-driven role, maybe from management consulting, analytical roles within payments/banking and/or fast-growing companies. All with a digital core.
  • In depth experience from building and using econometrics models for measuring and attributing results with proven success
  • A track record of developing KPIs, calculating Lifetime Value (LTV), ROI and creating a reporting framework to senior management
  • Knowledgeable when it comes to budget, forecasting and cost management
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business and/or marketing

This role is based in Stockholm, at our HQ
