In EasyPark, the Customer Care is an integral part of the organisation, closely linked with all parts of our services. As a Customer Care representative, you quickly learn how EasyPark is working across all functions. Being in the front lines, this is where we hear from potential issues first, making it possible to quickly react to avoid escalation. We choose to have the Customer Care internal, which makes it much faster to implement changes and improvements, and results in wide range of knowledge.

We pride ourselves of having first class knowledge and communication skills, being able to quickly solve an errand, or listen to a customer’s concerns. Customer Love is what we live, being available, offering a solution, and making sure the customer has a good experience in contacting EasyPark, no matter the reason.
In a rapidly growing company, we have a constant focus on ways to improve our customer interaction, making the customer experience more effortless. Even though customers will increasingly be able to solve issues on their own, we believe that personal assistance should always be available.
